香港公屋制度对我国廉租住房制度的启示

廉租房制度是住房保障的核心内容之一。建立和完善廉租房制度,是解决城镇新贫困人口住房问题的重要途径,也是住房制度改革的一项重要内容。本文着重分析了香港公屋制度的具体特点,在借鉴香港公屋制经验的基础上,根据我国国情提出了解决我国廉租房制度现存问题的具体措施。

A New Thread Guide Mechanism of Rubbed Roving Frame

A new thread guide mechanism of a rubbed roving frame is developed, which consists mainly of a plate cam, a linkage and an air bag spring. Characteristics and design parameters of the air spring are explored in this study. Based on analyses of winding technology for this kind of package, the kinetic laws of the thread guide is put forward. General design equations of the cam profile are derived, and common kinetic laws of II linkage group which is used for such mechanism design is proposed. It proves theoretically that it is practicable. The experimental results indicate that it can meet the needs of technological demands, and the new thread guide mechanism has been used successfully on textile machines.     

发达国家和发展中国家城市化比较及启示

目前,“民工潮”成为最难以解决的重大问题之一。根本动因是城市化滞后,必须采取措施加快农村城市化的进程。文章拟通过对发达国家和发展中国家城市化的比较分析,为我国的农村城市化找到可资借鉴的经验和教训。     

一种分层加密在数字电视条件接收系统中的应用

条件接收系统(CAS)为数字电视的运营提供了必要的技术手段. 条件接收系统为了防止信息被窃,密钥应及时更新,使得加密算法不能轻易被破译;同时还要节省带宽,减少算法的计算时间. 针对以上的特点,结合条件接收系统中多层加密体系,提出了一种分层加密方法,提高了整个系统的安全性和效率,降低了带宽.     

Inhibiting effect of melittin on pathogens of crops

The spectrum of antimicrobial effects of melittin were investigated on 19 pathogens by using a cylin-der-plate method with serial dilutions. Bacteriostatic efficiency and possible mechanistic effects were monitored via growth curves. The mechanism of inhibition was further analyzed by SDS-PAGE, flow cytometry and electron microscopy. Melittin had a wide inhibition spectrum and killed pathogens ef-fectively, and bacteriostatic action was influenced by factors such as pH and temperature. We eluci-dated three inhibitory mechanisms: melittin integrated with the cell membrane causing cell bursting and cytoplasm release, inhibited the synthesis of proteins and caused the cytoplasm to condense, and delayed pathogens in phase I (or phase G1) so that they could not complete the cell cycle. These re-sults suggest that melittin could serve as a broad-spectrum biological pesticide with fast-action and high-efficiency.     

二甲醚HCCI发动机微量排放物的研究

根据优化气相色谱仪工作条件,对二甲醚均质充量压燃(HCCI)发动机排气中的甲醛和甲酸甲酯进行了检测.通过二甲醚简化反应机理与Fluent的耦合联算,以及结合Woschni传热模型和DME详细反应机理的Chemkin反应动力学数值模拟,对二甲醚HCCI发动机的燃烧过程及其微量排放物(甲醛、甲酸和甲酸甲酯)进行了预测分析.结果表明:在一定条件下,甲醛、甲酸和甲酸甲酯存在于排气中,其排放量均随过量空气系数的减小而减小,发动机转速、进气温度和压力对其影响也很大.     

纳米四水羟基硝酸氧铋的制备及在氮气气氛下的热分解动力学

利用反相微乳液法制备出了纳米四水羟基硝酸氧铋[Bi6O4(OH)4](NO3)6(H2O)4,并以热分析为手段对纳米[Bi6O4(OH)4](NO3)6(H 2O)4的热分解过程和非等温热分解动力学机理进行了研究.动力学研究确定了[Bi6O4(OH)4](NO3)6(H2O)4脱硝酸根反应属于球对称的三维扩散的D3机理,热分解表观活化能为E=98.90033 kJ/mol,lnA=27.13109.     

新型噻二唑衍生物在喷气燃料中的抗腐蚀性能研究

合成几种噻二唑衍生物，通过喷气燃料银片腐蚀试验，筛选并复配出具有抗腐蚀作用的银片腐蚀抑制剂，考察了该抑制剂在喷气燃料中的抗腐蚀效果。结果表明，该添加剂可在金属表面形成牢固的保护膜，极大地提高了喷气燃料的腐蚀抑制性能，而且与喷气燃料中的其他添加荆具有很好的配伍性，有效地抑制了喷气燃料的银片腐蚀。检索表明，新型噻二唑衍生物应用于喷气燃料中抗腐蚀性能是首创。
